After Li'Ya was killed by her beloved husband she found her ownself not being able to find rest-not because she hated Avalor, but because she wanted to save him from himself. She calls herself the ghost queen because she was and still is able to help spirits ease into rest. But she will not be able to do it herself until Avalor's spirits is granted the rest..

Li'Ya has a pale face, which she often makes paler with white blush-which carries on in her death, Golden, sorrowful eyes, slightly pointed ears as she is part elf, yet she is tall -6'4' and a willowy build, her skin is soft, though one can not feel it often because of her state.

Li'Ya was the wife of the mage scientist known as Avalor. He was known for teaching his desiples that Magic and science are not enemies, rather, they are close cousins and favor each other. Li'Ya gave birth to two twin girls, Lilac and Kaya. Oh, how happy they were. Lilac inheritied her mothers long blonde hair and her father icy blue eyes and round jaw line. Kaya had mystical blue hair and her father icy eyes, but had her mothers face.
Li'Ya always wore white and favored golden shoes and jewelry. Her wedding ring is not on her middle finger-as she told Avalor that was what everyone else did, and their marriage would be just as bland and pointless as theirs.. No she wears in on her index finger and Avalor does the same. Li'Ya is also Katherine's mothers-and she left the child in the princesses doormorantry and left her in order to protect her from Darkare'a's clutches.
Her personality is truly unquie, she has a wonderfull voice but it sounded more toward haunting lamots rather than the joyous songs she would sing to her two children. The only time she ever sung a sad song was to Katherine when she was first born and to Kaya when she was barely 6.
